Terms & Conditions

1. Services Provided
Izzy’s Virtual Solutions provides virtual assistant services, including but not limited to:

  • Administrative organisation (e.g., inbox clean-up, calendar set-up)

  • Virtual Personal Assisting Duties

  • Document formatting

  • Content & media support

  • Travel research & booking

The specific scope of work will be confirmed in writing before work begins.

2. Payment Terms

  • Fixed-price packages: Invoiced and payable in full before work commences, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Hourly work: Billed at $45 AUD per hour. Time is tracked. Invoices are issued weekly and payable within 7 days of issue.

  • Monthly retainers: Invoiced in full at the start of each month. Work begins once payment is received.

  • Payments are accepted via Stripe or other agreed payment methods.

3. Turnaround Times

  • Standard turnaround is 3–5 business days for most packages, unless otherwise stated.

  • Larger or more complex projects may require longer, which will be agreed upon before work starts.

  • Turnaround times begin once all required materials and access are provided by the client.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must provide all necessary information, access, and materials required to complete the work.

  • Delays in receiving these may result in extended turnaround times.

5. Revisions

  • Each service includes one round of minor revisions within 3 business days of delivery.

  • Additional revisions may incur extra fees, quoted before work continues.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are not available once work has begun.

  • If you cancel before work starts, a full refund will be issued.

  • For hourly work, refunds are not available for completed hours.

  • In the event that Izzy’s Virtual Solutions cannot complete the service due to unforeseen circumstances, a partial or full refund will be offered depending on the stage of completion.

7. Retainer Package Policies

  • Retainer packages are invoiced in full at the start of each month.

  • Unused hours do not roll over to the following month unless agreed in writing.

  • Additional hours outside the agreed package will be billed at $45 AUD per hour.

8. Confidentiality
All client information, logins, and materials will be kept strictly confidential and will not be shared with third parties without written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability
While every effort is made to provide accurate, high-quality work, Izzy’s Virtual Solutions is not responsible for any loss, damages, or outcomes resulting from the use of completed work.

10. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging Izzy’s Virtual Solutions for services, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
